Whats the problem in zone 2?
I think he dont mean zone 2...He means the other state (Zone 10-19) whether they can merge zones. Maybe we can merge Zone 5 and 6 Please:D

Yes Thats true...and when there will be zone vs. Zone I think that we can also Teleport to other zones.

Why good: A zone that is not good against new or lower players. Those players would have a way to escape there doom by migrating to new zones.
