A suggestion worth discussing

When u click attack, and are looking at the march qeue selection screen, there is two buttons, one for scout, and one for formation. These are awesome, but I think it'd be a great help to add a button to view previous battle report. So I've scouted, adjusted formation, attacked, now I could also view the battle report without switching over to mail which often times can freeze the game leaving me vulnerable. Staying in the combat interface for all 4 functions would be much better from a game flow standpoint

I thought the enemy formation automatically changed if there were troops left, so all you had to was reset your formation and send?

Only on rebels....and if you hit blind because of emp, the first report is critical to get the proper formation. Enemy form only changes if the other player is quick and resets it on you between marches.
