Does anyone have any information on how to recruit her?
There is no way to recruit her. None has been given, and yet we get a mass message that she will be taken down soon, and to use her quickly.. The message stated that to get her you must use the "Returning Cumulative Sign-In" But when you look at your DAILY Sign-In, there is NOTHING about her.. There is no other SIGN-IN feature available to us to use. If there is, no one in Zone 27 has been able to find it yet.. She must be obtained from an Easter Egg Hunt or something, because no one can seem to locate how to obtain her...
And as of this reply, there has been 106 views of this post, but no other reply's. So, I assume no one else in the game has figured out how to recruit her either...

From what i've heard it is only for returning players. It is only for a small amount of time for those players.

I just don't get this crap
The goal was to make some players return of course. And the officer was not permanent. They only received it for a short amount of time.
Here is how you get her, and the other goodies that come with her on your return..
