1. Some of the Commander's talents are the same with what contained in the Research Academy, when I do both of them, am I gonna get doubled effect?

2. There are 3 Phases about the Commander's Economy talents. What does these 3 Phases mean?

Hi,

1. You can get boost from diffrent fields of the game allso outside your hq! (like if you gather on your guild terretory you will get a boost of 20% for gathering) So for your answer yes they doubble up. You can check this if you go to your city click on your HQ and select Function

2. This means you can get bonus from phase 1 + phase 2 + phase 3 but i allways recomend to max out one phase. Why you may ask? This is because usualy its like this
Example phase you have 10 points to invest
Phase 1 max invest 8 points
phase 2 max invest 20 points

Phase 1 if you invest 8 points you get a bonus of 5%
Phase 2 if you invest 2 points you get a bonus of 0,2%
----------------------------------------------------------
Total of 5,2% speed for something

Phase 1 if you invest 5 points you get a bonus of 2,2%
Phase 2 if you invest 5 points you get a bonus of 2%
----------------------------------------------------------
Total of 4,2% speed for something


As the more you get to the max of a phase the more bonus you will get.

What about combat boosts it shows in the battle report. Only shows your top 3 boosts..... Are these the only active boosts for that attack/def?
