There's not really anything we can do about that as far as I know. You can try reporting the message directly to tap4fun, but voice messages are not looked at by moderators so we cannot do anything...

If you think players are buying and selling resources then just report them. It's not a smart play to do because at some point it will come back to bite them. So just stick in there and report them...

I'm pretty positive it doesn't decrease the items that you need most, but I can't say for them decreasing that item. It sounds about right that they would lower the rate of it.
