Resource tile bug

Hello,

There is clearly a bug on resource tiles, if you send the amount of troops with the capaicity to clear the tiles, there is always scraps left over - even on tiles over 1 million in value.

We have tried clearing a food tile of 1,248,000 value by sending troops with capacity of 1,400,000 which should have cleared the tile - however, there were STILL scraps left on the tile.

This is causing a lot of anger between guilds - especially in zone 40
