I dont have a keybord in my phone and the one on the screen is hidden under the Homebuttons!

Your method does not work. It allows for a short time to hide on-screen buttons, but the first time you touch the screen and they come back again, covering the lower menu

Here is the suggestion.
1.Click zone/guild chat.
2.Open the keyboard on chat.
3.Close the keyboard.
Then check if your issue could be fixed. Thanks!
