Shield Randomly Dropped During ZvZ with Proof

Hello,

During ZvZ my shield randomly dropped and I was zeroed, losing over 800k T3 troops.

I know this was a random drop and not a timer running out because I activated an alt's shield at around the same time, and when I was being hit the alt still had nearly 3 hours left on its shield. I made no moves that would drop the shield, and hadn't even logged in for over an hr.

If this isn't handled properly and my base isn't restored, I'm reporting this game and getting my purchases refunded in full.

Poor game mechanics shouldn't result in me losing my troops.
