    Replace Guild leader

    Everyone should have the ability to replace the leader by taking a vote, and when it ends whoever had most vote gets leadership.

    I like this idea....also should be able to replace leader once he or she has been inactive over so many days. R4s should be able to pay a fee like so many diamonds to replace the leader as well since they are under the leader as another option.
