Just curious how many days worth of speeds is suggested for a jumper to get t4? and is there a "jumper guide" that anyone knows of regarding times, rss amounts and other info? Thanks

I have a base just started in z 178. I wanted to be able to port to z 218. I'm not sure if it's even possible.Anyone doing them anymore?
As long as hq isn't above 5 and that isn't cross continent, you'll be fine to port.
