As far as I know, currently the only way to give to the guild bank is to gather from tiles on your land. I think there should be a way to deposit into the guild bank. Then, since this could be used to harbor resources from the enemy, make a building that can be defended by troops, but attacked by the enemy and if they win, they get a bit of your guild's resources.
