My understanding it was for base decos also, let me see what I can find out and will get back to ya
I am beyond annoyed with base decos atm so I haven't actually looked (the base deco for the weekly, for me, isn't randomized, but I can't get that fixed I'm told (told there's nothing wrong), so I don't pay attention to base decos anymore out of protest haha)

Hey Jeff, there's a single base deco that (if my eyes are seeing this right) allows us to purchase with coins. I've hopefully attached the screenshot showing which one.
